• More than 5 years of consulting experience, both in project execution and management as well as in business development and sales activities.
• Management skills and direct client interaction.
• Experience and ability in team management
• Bachelor's degree in STEM fields (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, etc.) or Business Administration. We will especially value double degrees combining a STEM field with Business Administration, as well as Master's and/or Postgraduate education.
• Advanced level of English, as you will have the opportunity to work on international projects

The Technology Consulting unit at Bip is responsible for helping our clients define, plan, and execute their digital transformation plans, identifying and helping implement those technologies aligned with business strategy that maximize return on investment. Through our services, we help our clients make technology the lever for business transformation and help them solve their most important challenges related to information technology (IT). We help them redesign their operating models, make their processes and operations more efficient and automated, plan, govern, and manage their information systems, plan and accompany their journey to the cloud, and manage their technology vendors (hardware and software), etc.

• IT function assessment
• Definition of IT strategy and Systems Plans
• Process improvement and IT organization

• Definition and implementation of the IT Services catalog
• Vendor and IT services management
• Implementation of methodologies for improving the quality of the IT Development and Operations lifecycle (DevOps)
• Management of technology transformation programs
• Experience with IT management tools (ServiceNow, Jira,...)
