Project Manager Compliance

WHO WE ARE

We are the Global Trade Operations (GTO) team, a specialized unit within our Global Banking Operations. We manage Trade Finance products like Letters of Credit and Guarantees for major markets across Europe and beyond. Our team focuses on optimizing processes and building solid operational structures for our international clients.

MISSION

As a Project Manager in the Compliance area, you will ensure our Trade Finance teams implement Group procedures and guidelines effectively. You will act as the key point of contact for Compliance and the Central Control Plan. Your work directly secures our operational integrity and supports the continuous improvement of our global processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate the implementation of Group Compliance procedures within our Traditional Trade teams.
• Maintain the Central Control Plan in collaboration with GTO management and risk stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress, budget, and scope.
• Provide daily support to operational teams regarding compliance clarifications.
• Lead governance to keep sponsors and partners informed and mobilized.
• Perform organizational and process analyses to mitigate compliance and operational risks.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 10 to 12 years of professional experience in Trade Finance and Project Management.
• Solid background in budgeting, analysis, and project lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and client-facing needs.
• High level of autonomy, analytical thinking, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen interest in new technologies like Blockchain or RPA.
• Capacity to work effectively in a remote/hybrid model.
