The mission of the Recovery and Resolution Planning Office (hereinafter, ORR) is to coordinate and implement the requirements of two European authorities:
The ultimate objective is to ensure that the entity is more resilient and is capable of recovering in the face of possible stress or crisis situations. To this end, the ORR develops cross-functional projects involving numerous departments of the entity and Group subsidiaries.
Working in ORR allows for obtaining a global and unique vision of the entity, participating in initiatives related to business, capital, liquidity, risks, governance, and crisis management. Likewise, it offers the opportunity to collaborate with specialized teams from across the organization and participate in some of the Group's relevant regulatory exercises.
These European authorities have increased information requirements in recent years and, in this context, we would like to incorporate a person into ORR to help us with the following tasks:
Accompany and/or manage end-to-end one or several projects or programs (definition, methodology, design, execution management, results measurement) by directing, coordinating, and guiding the internal/external resources assigned to them, ensuring success in terms of time, quality, and expectations.
Coordination with different areas of CABK and Group subsidiaries for the obtaining, analysis, and consolidation of information. The ORR team is distributed between the Barcelona (Avda. Diagonal) and Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana) offices.
