Administrative Staff - Bcc HR & Contact Center

• Academic training in one of the following areas:
• Higher degree in Administration and Finance.
• University degrees related to Economics, Business, or Law.
• Degree in Tourism.
• Degree in Translation and Interpreting.
• Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources.
• Degree in Political Science.
• Advanced knowledge of English, in both comprehension and oral and written expression.
• Proficiency and experience in the use of Social Networks (SNS).
• Advanced level computer skills, especially in digital management and communication tools.
• Schedule availability to adapt to shifts and service needs.

• Ability to solve problems, acting with agility and judgment in diverse situations.
• Communication and commercial skills, allowing you to connect with users and offer them quality service.
• Ease of working in a team, showing initiative, a collaborative attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

BCC HR and Contact Center (Cajamar Group) is looking to hire Administrative Staff for its GCC Contact Center, located in Almería.

Provide query and incident resolution services to the Entity's users (clients and non-clients), both for BCC and the Cajamar Cooperative Group, through the various available digital channels, as well as the administrative management derived from said interactions, ensuring effective, professional service aligned with the Group's quality standards.

• Resolve queries and incidents related to the Digital Banking services offered by the Entity.
• Provide support to clients and non-clients interacting through the Social Networks where the Cajamar Cooperative Group is present.
• Assist Electronic Banking clients, providing information on its operation and available options.
• Support for Telephone Banking clients, managing the operations they request in a secure and efficient manner.
