What you'll do

In relation to suitability: You will carry out functions related to suitability within the Group in a quite autonomous manner, occupying most of your time:

  • Initial evaluation of candidates and management of job changes
  • Annual/biennial evaluations of Boards and General Managements
  • Periodic reports to the Appointments and Corporate Governance Committee
  • Evaluations of specialized committees
  • Ad hoc evaluations
  • Re-elections of positions
  • Responding to supervisory requirements related to this field
  • Training planning (plans and reports)
  • Updating and controlling public information

In relation to other areas of governance: You will provide support as required, especially regarding the preparation of Remuneration Committees

  • Research, understanding, and interpretation of regulations applicable to the labor, commercial, tax, and remuneration fields.
  • Research of rulings and cases applicable to the Entity's reality.
  • Participation in the drafting of documents and proposals to be submitted to the Board of Directors.
  • Participation in the drafting of documents and reports in response to various remuneration aspects sent by the Supervisory Authority, using the most appropriate language and configuring solid arguments for the defense of our regulatory interpretation.
  • Participation in various meetings with the different General Managements of the Entity for the exchange of information regarding banking regulations.
