Are you passionate about the 3DExperience ecosystem and want to be part of an international team? We are looking for a 3DExperience Support & Configuration Specialist oriented towards analysis, configuration, and advanced support of the platform.

• Management and monitoring of incidents and tasks related to the 3DEXPERIENCE (SLA-driven) platform.
• Receiving, analyzing, and diagnosing functional errors in 3DX modules.
• Basic configuration of functionalities, roles, rules, and processes within the 3DExperience environment.
• Supporting users in design processes, change management, configuration, and PDM/PLM workflows.
• Continuous monitoring of the IT landscape associated with 3DX.
• Creation, updating, and maintenance of technical and operational documentation.
• KPI reporting and proposing improvements.

• Valuable: experience in component design, change management, configuration, and PLM processes.
• Initial experience in technical support or application support.
• Basic knowledge of PDM/PLM.
• Experience with monitoring tools.
• General knowledge of operating systems and tools such as MS Office, Google Suite, JIRA/Confluence.
• Interest in IT environments, analytical skills, customer orientation, fluent communication, and technical curiosity.
