The role

From CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS we need to hire a RESTAURANT SALES REPRESENTATIVE to work at our hotel MIRADOR DES PORT, located in Menorca.

What you'll do

Increase restaurant reservations.
Execute the action calendar of the marketing plan.
Review and maintain restaurant advertising materials in various hotel areas (menus, flyers, posters, totems...).
Ensure the restaurant's corporate image is respected (correct logo usage, templates, fonts...).
Update content on the restaurant's own website and partner websites (ElTenedor, Tripadvisor, Atrapalo...).
Control expenses + payments to suppliers (gift cards, El Tenedor...).
Manage customer satisfaction, both online (email "opinion express", responding to comments according to the response protocol...) and offline (delivering coupons to satisfied customers, resolving complaints on-site...).
Keep the database up to date (data collection and updates in El Tenedor). Act as a liaison between the restaurant and other hotel business areas (informing staff, reception, etc. of news and resolving their queries) and work with them as a team to achieve goals.
Weekly/monthly report of actions carried out (commercial and marketing report).
