As Hotel Assistant Manager, your mission will be to lead the team and guarantee operational excellence, providing an exceptional experience to guests. Contribute to staff development, comply with regulations, and participate in strategic planning to achieve the establishment's success.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient functioning and compliance with quality standards.
• Guarantee exceptional customer service, resolving guest needs and complaints in a quick and effective manner.
• Contribute to the preparation of the budget and control expenses to optimize the hotel's profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations related to the hotel industry.
• Participate in the strategic planning of the hotel, providing innovative ideas for growth and continuous improvement.
• Resolve operational problems and make strategic decisions to improve the efficiency and quality of services.
• Collaborate in marketing and public relations activities to promote the hotel and attract new customers.
• Collaborate in the hiring, training, and development of the work team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment

You are the perfect candidate if...

• You have the ability to lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• You have a clear vocation for service, sensitivity toward the guest experience, and the ability to manage complex situations, incidents, and claims with professionalism.
• You have a bachelor's degree or degree in hospitality, tourism, hotel management, or a related discipline.
• Additionally, you have training related to management and leadership, specific industry certifications, knowledge of reservation management programs, and courses on sustainability and social responsibility
• You have 2-3 years in the reception department, assistant management, guest relations, or similar.
• You have a high level of Spanish and a high level of German and/or English
