The role
At Catenon, we are looking for a Quality and Environment Manager to join an industrial company in the automotive sector, specializing in the manufacture of metal components through stamping, welding, and assembly processes.
We are looking for a profile with experience in demanding industrial environments, who wants to take on a key role in the integral management of the plant's quality and environmental systems, reporting directly to General Management.
What will your mission be?
To guarantee product quality and compliance with the plant's quality and environmental management systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the driving of continuous improvement.
What is offered?
Permanent contract and full-time employment.
On-site position in Briviesca (Burgos).
Integral responsibility over the Quality and Environment area, with direct reporting to General Management.
Autonomy to drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of the plant.

Fixed salary + bonus + gasoline
What you'll do
- Manage and supervise the Quality Management System and certification (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001).
- Guarantee the implementation and compliance of the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and applicable regulations.
- Lead the management of non-conformities, claims, and continuous improvement projects in production processes.
- Direct, coordinate, and develop the Quality department team, composed of specialized technicians.
- Act as the main interlocutor in internal and external audits, ensuring the maximum effectiveness of the processes.
