The role

Implement and ensure health surveillance and the promotion of worker wellbeing, leading the Medical Service and guaranteeing compliance with health and prevention regulations, as well as the implementation of plans and programs that foster a culture of health, prevention, and productivity aligned with the values of the CELSA Group.

What you'll do

Health surveillance and regulatory compliance - Direct and supervise the activities of the Medical Service in accordance with the Regulation of In-house Prevention Services, ensuring the updating of medical protocols, the correct execution of medical examinations, and the documentation required by occupational health regulations.

Health prevention and promotion - Design, implement, and coordinate the CELSA Annual Health Plan, driving preventive medicine and campaigns for the promotion of physical, mental, and social health, guaranteeing the effective execution and monitoring of planned actions.

Case management and care support - Supervise cases of illness or occupational accidents, defining and promoting the necessary actions for early recovery and the safe return to work of employees, in coordination with the OSH and Human Resources areas.

Relationship with organizations and technical-sanitary control - Ensure liaison with Mutual Insurance companies, health authorities, and prevention services, managing audits, inspections, and certifications, and guaranteeing the traceability of medical-occupational documentation.

Development of the healthcare team and area management - Lead and develop the Medical Service team, promoting continuous training, autonomy, and efficiency in healthcare, and optimize the material and budgetary resources assigned to the area.
