As a Software Development Manager I, your role will be fundamental in leading and empowering your team in the continuous improvement of the IT technological core, transforming our mission into reality through the user interface. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of strategic projects, guiding your squad to design, develop, and optimize our frontend applications, creating seamless, intuitive, and exceptional digital experiences. We are looking for someone who not only leads the code but also inspires their team and directly impacts how our users explore and book activities, driving innovation, quality, and digital transformation to keep Civitatis as a benchmark in the digital tourism sector.

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of their squad's projects, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.

• Evaluate and optimize existing systems to improve their efficiency, productivity, and scalability in the frontend domain.

• Evaluate and select the appropriate tools according to the requirements of each project, guaranteeing the adoption of the best technologies for the team.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager for the monitoring and detailed planning of projects, ensuring an aligned technical and business vision.

• Foster effective communication and collaboration with other IT teams, acting as a technical bridge between their squad and the rest of the organization.

• Actively guide, motivate, and support the members of their squad in their professional and technical growth, promoting a high-performance and continuous learning environment.

• Contribute directly to the evolution of the company's technological core through the design and implementation of robust and scalable frontend architectures and solutions.

• Ensure the continuous maintenance and optimization of our web, guaranteeing a high-performance user experience, accessibility, and SEO.
