The role
Are you passionate about travel🛫, culture🗽, leisure🎡, and do you want to be part of the growth of the #1 company in activities, excursions, and tours in Spanish worldwide? We are a dynamic, multicultural, and innovative team that sees every day as a challenge and a new opportunity to grow together with the company.
At Civitatis, our mission is for millions of travelers from all over the world to discover and enjoy unforgettable experiences.
As an intern in the Product Operations team, your mission will be to support the operational execution of the integrations process and automate everything that can be automated. You will be responsible for preparing and executing AI-assisted functional reviews, maintaining documentation and the tracking dashboard through automated pipelines, providing agent-powered L1 support, and learning the full lifecycle of a B2B distribution API within an AI-first working environment.
What you'll do
AI-assisted functional reviews: Execute AI-assisted functional review checklists, using agents and LLMs to pre-analyze integrations (API ↔ partner front-end mapping, content, translations) and review/validate the output with human judgment.
Operational automation: Automate repetitive team tasks by creating AI-assisted scripts and workflows (vibe-coding with Claude/ChatGPT, internal APIs) for generating client status reports, updating the tracking dashboard, and documenting gaps.
Knowledge management: Maintain the knowledge base (Confluence) using AI-assisted synthesis pipelines: guides, partner FAQs, and API changelogs.
Agent-powered L1 support: Diagnose incidents with the help of intelligent agents, reading logs and payloads, reproducing calls with Postman, and classifying and escalating to the appropriate team.
Partner session preparation: Prepare materials for meetings with partners (integration status, open actions) employing agents for synthesis and drafts.
Continuous improvement: Identify automation opportunities within the integration flow and actively propose them to the team (e.g., partially automated functional certification, detection of deviations from the gold standard).
What will you learn?
How a distribution REST API works in production and its full certification cycle (technical and functional).
How work is done in a real AI-first organization: agents per person and team, LLM orchestration, and prompt engineering applied to real operational processes.
Product Operations methodology: playbooks, SLAs per phase, and impact metrics (Time-to-Go-Live, % in SLA, CSAT, Net Revenue post-integration).
Real ecosystem tools: Postman, Jira, Confluence, Looker, and the Civitatis internal AI stack (catalog agents, Claude, GPT, etc.).
Consulting fundamentals regarding sales experience and conversion in B2B and B2B2C environments.
