High-level Italian (C1).

Previous experience of at least 1 year in customer service roles, specifically in managing instant messaging support channels.
Nice to have
A Degree in Tourism, Journalism, or any other qualification related to the position will be valued.
Intermediate English (B2) is valued.

Currently, we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with Italian language skills to join our team on the morning shift with a 35-hour weekly contract in our Madrid offices.
What you'll do
Pre-sales, Reservations, and After-sales Manager.
Customer service and advisory.
Management of reservations through various contact methods (web form, email, chat, social media, telephone...).
Supplier management.
How you'll work
Availability to work on a fixed afternoon shift (15:00hrs to 22:00hrs) from Monday to Sunday, with alternating weekends per month and the possibility of teleworking.
