We want to add an International Mobility professional to the team in Barcelona.

• Provide comprehensive advice and support to displaced personnel and their families throughout the entire international mobility process, guaranteeing a smooth and satisfactory expatriation experience.
• Manage and coordinate the migratory processes necessary for obtaining, renewing, or modifying work permits, visas, and other documentation required for foreign personnel.
• Collaborate closely with the various Human Resources areas and business units, providing specialized support in international mobility and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and current regulations.
• Monitor international migratory regulations, maintaining constant dialogue with consulates, official bodies, and local advisors to guarantee the continuous updating of procedures and legal requirements.
• Coordinate the management of work permits, visas, and associated administrative procedures together with external providers and advisors, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal obligations.
• Manage, in coordination with tax advisors in both origin and destination, all matters related to the international taxation of displaced employees: payroll information, income tax campaigns, determination of tax residency, tax equalizations, taxes, requirements, and other tax obligations.
• Coordinate the return processes to the country of origin for expatriate personnel, including moves, administrative procedures, and management with public bodies, facilitating an efficient and orderly transition.
• Manage and supervise, together with the brokerage and external providers, the travel, assistance, health, and life insurance policies of the displaced personnel, guaranteeing the correct application of the coverages defined by the company.
• Act as a point of contact between employees, external providers, and involved internal areas, ensuring effective communication and an adequate resolution of incidents related to international mobility.
