- Provide advice and support in the field of labor relations to Delegates and Department Heads to facilitate decision-making.

- Represent and defend the company's interests in courts, administrative bodies, unions, and internal committees.

- Coordinate with external advisors, in the event of outsourcing services, to ensure that the established work is carried out in accordance with the group's criteria and in a timely manner.

- Inform and warn, while carrying out the aforementioned tasks, of potential risks of conflict, both legally and in relation to workers, by providing active preventive advice.

- Communicate regulatory or case law developments that may affect company policies in order to comply with current legal regulations.

- Carry out all administrative tasks involved in labor relations: work calendars, communications, drafting of sanction and dismissal letters, novation agreements, etc., in accordance with applicable current regulations.

- Degree in Law or Labor Relations.

- Membership as a practicing member of a Bar Association or a College of Labor Graduates.

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.

- Asesorar y dar soporte en el ámbito de las relaciones laborales a los Delegados y Jefes de Departamento para facilitar la toma de decisiones.

- Representar y defender los intereses de la empresa en los juzgados, órganos administrativos, sindicatos y comisiones internas.

- Coordinación con los asesores externos, en caso de externalización de servicios para garantizar que se cumplen los trabajos establecidos bajo los criterios del grupo y en tiempo y forma.

- Informar y advertir, en el desarrollo de las tareas anteriormente indicadas, de posibles riesgos de conflicto, tanto a nivel legal como con la relación con los trabajadores, ejerciendo un asesoramiento activo preventivo.

- Comunicar las novedades normativas o jurisprudenciales que puedan afectar a las políticas de empresa en orden a cumplir la normativa legal vigente.

- Realización de todas aquellas tareas administrativas que implican las relaciones laborales: calendarios laborales, comunicaciones, redacción de cartas de sanción y despido, acuerdos novatorios, etc., de conformidad con la normativa vigente aplicable.

Eres la persona ideal si aportas….

-Grado en Derecho o Relaciones Laborales.

- Colegiación como ejerciente en Colegio de Abogados o Colegio de Graduados Sociales

-Experiencia de 1-2 años en posición similar.
