Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in Labor Relations, Labor Sciences, Law, or similar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in positions related to labor relations and/or personnel administration.
Solid knowledge of labor legislation and Social Security.
Experience in contracting and personnel administration.
Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
An organized, responsible, and autonomous person with the ability to work in a team.

Nice to have

Experience in the management of different collective bargaining agreements.
Experience with payroll and labor management software.
Previous experience in Labor Relations departments.
Complementary training in Labor Law or Human Resources.

We are looking for a person with consolidated experience in the labor area, autonomy, and the ability to take on the management of the main processes related to labor relations and personnel administration.

What you'll do

Comprehensive management of labor relations and personnel administration.
Preparation and management of contracts, registrations, terminations, and variations.
Application and monitoring of labor legislation.
Management of labor incidents, vacations, business travel, etc.
Attention and resolution of employee inquiries regarding labor matters.
Management of documentation and procedures before official bodies.
Support in labor inspections, audits, and other labor requirements.
Preparation of reports and documentation for the area.
Management of failed probation periods and/or dismissals.
