The role

What you'll do

Attend to and manage inquiries, requests, modifications, and incidents for clients of a banking entity through telephone channels.
Reception and management of incoming calls from individual clients or businesses.
Information regarding banking products and services (accounts, cards, loans, insurance, digital banking, among others).
Resolution of operational and administrative inquiries.
Management of incidents related to banking operations, access, cards, transfers, and payment methods.
Identity verification and application of security and data protection protocols.
Recording of actions performed in corporate tools.
Escalation of incidents or complex requests to the corresponding departments.

How you'll work

- Salary: €17,652.68 gross/annual (€15,446.10 g/a for a 35H workday)
-Schedule: 35h workday within the time slot of 9 to 23 from Monday to Sunday with morning preference.
-Contract type: Permanent
-Modality: 50% teleworking
