Requirements
What we're looking for
- Vocational Training of Intermediate Grade in Commerce and Marketing, Administration and Finance, etc. These are only reference qualifications. If you have any other qualification and believe you can fit the role, do not hesitate to apply!
- Upper intermediate level of English.
- Experience of at least one year in telephone support.
- Having an interest in digital environments (Spreadsheets, Social Networks, e-Commerce, etc.).
Nice to have
Although it is not an indispensable requirement, we positively value technical knowledge in Contact Center platforms or similar.

The role
At Domingo Alonso Group, we are looking for a person to join our team in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria performing functions of customer telephone support through our Contact Center, in the area of Lead Management and Aftersales.
- An organized, proactive person, with a great customer orientation, empathetic, who feels great motivation to achieve the established objectives and with skills for positive communication.
What you'll do
- Attention and advice to the customer by telephone or any other digital medium such as email, WhatsApp, or online chat.
- Manage customer requests from potential leads regarding information on models and campaigns of the Group's brands, resolving all their doubts and providing further information to schedule appointments at the Dealership.
- Generate offers adapted to the customer's needs.
- Perform follow-up on offers.
- Handling of Contact Center tools and CRM.
- Management of Workshop appointments.
- Cross-selling.
- Active selling.
