We are looking to hire an Ecommerce Omnichannel Operations profile to drive demand planning and control for the eCommerce channel, combining a business, logistics, and customer vision. Your mission will be to anticipate product needs, optimize replenishment, and guarantee stock availability, working in a coordinated manner with the different areas involved. All this with the objective of ensuring an excellent omnichannel experience, maximizing product shelf life, and achieving service quality and customer experience objectives.

Main duties and requirements.

What you'll do

Plan demand by incorporating business inputs, seasonality, promotional activity, and sales history
Develop forecasts with a customer and logistics vision by business unit, brand, category, and SKU, supervising their accuracy against established objectives
Comprehensively manage replenishment and restocking, defining initial assortments, coverage objectives, and stock needs
Coordinate with Purchasing Planning, Business, and Logistics regarding the arrival of merchandise, assortments, and different management models
Monitor the demand plan, analyze sales trends, anticipate deviations, and define corrective actions to minimize stockouts and lost sales
Manage a high volume of references and optimize warehouse segmentation according to merchandise classification and rotation
Prepare and manage the web campaign budget by business unit, ensuring its coherence with the commercial objectives of each category
Boost sales through Click & Collect and integrate this channel into historical data and demand forecasting models
Supervise and contribute to the continuous improvement of key service and customer experience indicators, as well as manage refunds and cancellations
Participate in cross-functional projects related to the improvement of replenishment, delivery models, and the optimization of logistical processes
Ensure an efficient omnichannel process that guarantees the best customer experience and contributes to the fulfillment of service quality objectives
