What we're looking for

University degree in Labor Relations, Labor Law, or Human Resources. At least 4–5 years of experience in a similar role within industrial or service environments.

Solid knowledge of labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, Social Security, and payroll. Proficiency in labor management tools (A3, SAP, Meta4, or similar).

A proactive, results-oriented individual with strong teamwork skills.

The role

We are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist for our industrial plant. Your goal will be to ensure effective, close, and compliant labor management, ensuring the correct application of labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and internal company policies.

What you'll do

·Comprehensive management of labor relations at the plant: hiring, monitoring labor incidents, contract termination, and management of labor documentation.

Preparation and control of payroll, registrations, cancellations, and variations with the Social Security system.

Coordination and use of platforms such as Contrat@, Delta@, and RED System.

Application and updating of collective bargaining agreements, ensuring compliance with labor and occupational health and safety (PRL) regulations.

Labor advisory for managers and employees regarding rights, duties, and internal procedures.

Collaboration in resolving labor disputes, mediations, and communication with employee representatives.

Support for labor audits, inspections, and internal reporting.

Participation in training and development projects for the center.
