Commercial Channels Coordinator - Remote (Seville Resident)

• Higher university studies in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent degrees.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B commercial development.
• Proven experience in electricity, gas, or energy services retailers.
• Demonstrable experience in the acquisition, management, and development of indirect commercial channels.
• Experience in negotiation and management of commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of the Spanish energy market and its competitive environment.
• Knowledge of electricity supply products, gas, and energy solutions for B2B customers.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, commercial reporting, and indicator analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Availability to travel frequently.

• Valuable training in B2B sales, negotiation, channel management, commercial management, or the energy sector.
• Valuable knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI.

We are currently looking for a Commercial Channels Coordinator to work remotely but residing in Seville, as the person will travel to and manage clients in the surrounding areas.

Your mission as a Commercial Channels Coordinator within the Commercial Directorate of ENGIE in Spain is to develop, coordinate, and optimize the network of coordinators and indirect commercial channels, ensuring the achievement of acquisition, sales, margin, and quality objectives. You will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, driving the productivity of collaborators, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the commercial strategy, and acting as the main point of contact between ENGIE and its network of commercial partners.

• Identify, acquire, evaluate, and develop new commercial channels that contribute to the profitable growth of the B2B business.
• Jointly define business plans, commercial objectives, and development actions with each collaborator.
• Supervise the commercial performance of the channels through activity, conversion, sales, margin, and quality indicators.
• Manage the commercial pipeline and consolidate sales forecasts to support commercial planning.
• Implement actions that increase the productivity, efficiency, and professionalism of the collaborator network.
• Design and deliver training on sales, products, processes, and ENGIE tools.
• Guarantee compliance with the company's commercial, regulatory, and quality policies.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Pricing, Operations, and Channel Support to maximize results.
• Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and business development opportunities.
• Represent ENGIE at relevant events, commercial meetings, and industry forums.
