The role
Do you feel like being part of the day-to-day of our fish purchasing?
We are looking for someone to be the support point for the purchasing team: the person who ensures that what is negotiated with suppliers is correctly entered into the systems, that each store receives what belongs to it, and that platforms and suppliers are always kept informed.
It is a fast-paced position, where details matter a lot and no two days are the same. If you like things to add up and you feel comfortable working with data, you will be right at home here.
What you'll do
What you will do
- Bringing purchasing to life in the systems
- Purchases are closed with suppliers and you enter them into the systems, with quantities and prices broken down by platform. There are many combinations of supplier, reference, and platform, so your analytical eye will be key.
- Integrating prices into the price portal.
- Registering three-day short-cycle offers based on information from the purchasing managers
- Extracting data from opportunity and three-day purchases in QV.
- Support in specific tasks, such as collecting local range costs or preparing templates with RSP proposals.
- Calculating the pushes to each store
Coordinate with platforms and suppliers
- Uploading the CSV into systems and updating daily stocks.
- Executing store distributions in the tool to calculate what is served from each platform
- Communicating distributions to suppliers and platforms.
- Speaking daily with the centralized fish procurement team to resolve incidents and adjust orders.
