What we're looking for
Experience architecturally leading at least two complex implementations of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) in production environments.
Substantial experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
Experience in defining architectures, patterns, standards, and reusable blueprints for large-scale identity programs.
Ability to design solutions that comprehensively cover approved requirements, processes, and use cases, without being limited to specific types of SailPoint objects.
Experience in direct communication with SailPoint support and management of technical escalations.
Knowledge of ISC Satellites, including AWS Satellites and ISC Regional Hubs.
Professional level of English, sufficient to maintain technical discussions, manage escalations, and prepare documentation with SailPoint.
Nice to have
Experience in IAM/IGA platform transformation and modernization programs.
Ability to define scalable architectures and identity governance models in complex organizations.
Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams and different stakeholders.
Technical leadership ability, autonomy, and strategic vision.
Orientation toward quality, standardization, and continuous improvement.
The role
At Excelia, we are looking for a SailPoint ISC (Identity Security Cloud) Architect, with extensive experience in the architecture and implementation of identity governance (IGA) solutions, to participate in strategic identity and access management projects in complex corporate environments.
We are looking for a profile with consolidated experience in SailPoint ISC and IdentityIQ, capable of architecturally leading complex implementations, defining scalable models and architectures, and establishing reusable standards and patterns for large-scale identity programs.
What you'll do
Architecturally lead complex implementations of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) in production environments.
Define architectures, patterns, standards, and reusable blueprints for large-scale identity governance programs.
Design solutions that cover the set of requirements, processes, and use cases approved within the identity model.
Define and validate technical solutions, ensuring their scalability, consistency, and alignment with business needs.
Participate in the evolution of identity architectures, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Maintain direct communication with SailPoint support for the management of technical inquiries, incidents, and escalations.
Collaborate with SailPoint product and roadmap functions, conveying needs and participating in technical discussions.
Supervise and define solutions related to ISC Satellites, including AWS Satellites and ISC Regional Hubs.
Prepare and maintain technical and architectural documentation.
