The role
What you'll do

You will define and update the specifications for the technical data sheets of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.

You will supervise product quality controls and perform process quality analyses to ensure quality and food safety standards.

You will coordinate with the involved departments the management of possible non-conformities, claims, or other incidents that may affect product quality.

You will carry out supplier visits and participate in audits.

You will carry out the approval and evaluation of suppliers, together with the Purchasing department, to define the purchasing strategy.
