Maintenance Technician

You are ideal for the position if…

🎓Vocational Training or Intermediate/Higher Degree in Electricity and Electronics and/or in Building and Civil Engineering: Technician in electrical and automatic installations, Technician in construction finishes, or similar training. And/or 5 years of demonstrable work experience holding the position of Technical Service Skilled Tradesperson.

💼3 years of demonstrable work experience holding the position of Skilled Tradesperson and/or Technical Service Assistant.

🗣💬English: A2 Level. Other languages are valued.

💻Proficiency in management and office software applications.

🔩Knowledge of construction work, panel assembly, and fixing. Assembly and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure and electrical installations in buildings. Proficiency in the application of current laws and regulations, safety protocols, occupational risks, and the environment. Experience in the installation and maintenance of plumbing facilities.

You will be responsible for performing skilled maintenance of the workplace facilities under the supervision of the Technical Service Manager.

Your day-to-day will look like this…

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of the workplace facilities, following the instructions of the Production Manager.

• Care for and perform maintenance of the facilities and assets (electricity, plumbing, among others).

• Perform tasks that do not require any special training, following the guidelines of the Production Manager.

• Keep the workplace facilities in perfect condition.

• Perform any other function determined by your hierarchical superior related to the position you hold.

• Maintain and ensure a respectful, orderly, and clean conduct in all areas of the facility.

• Waste segregation into municipal solid waste.

• Hazardous waste segregation in accordance with current regulations.

• Compliance with the operational control regulations established by the organization.

• Perform any other duties assigned by your direct supervisor related to your position.
