Pay & benefits

What you'll get

39-hour work week from Monday to Sunday, with 2 weekends off per month.

Salary: Salary according to the Contact Center collective agreement for this position + language bonus: €20,278.67 gross/year.

The role

Currently, from the MADRID delegation, we are looking for a COORDINATOR , for MADRID.

What you'll do

  • Compliance with methodology and support in project management
  • Control of the Onboarding/Welcome phase for agents.
  • Management of attendance, permits, and vacations
  • Monitoring of agents for quality follow-up.
  • Team motivation and support
  • Management and resolution of issues.
  • Detection of training needs within the team.
  • Measurement of quantitative and qualitative variables associated with the position.
  • Measurement of attitudinal aspects (compliance with rules and work instructions, punctuality, absenteeism, turnover, etc.).
  • Training of agents in procedures, tools, and Campaign scripts.
  • Administrative management and report preparation.

How you'll work

Afternoon shift from 16:00 to 24:00

Split shift with 1h break from 10:00 to 19:00

Contract Type: Direct contract with the company for 6 months (extendable to permanent)

Work Area: On-site work at our Madrid center. Possibility of hybrid work.

Start date under contract: 16/11/2026
