We are seeking a Regional Commercial Manager for Catalonia to join the growing Barcelona office of a major company specializing in industrial refrigeration and HVAC. We are looking for a commercial profile focused on business development and acquiring new accounts in the industrial sector.
What you'll do
- Plan, schedule, and execute the sales strategy and lead generation in the assigned area.
- Conduct commercial visits and proactive prospecting aimed at generating new business in the industrial sector (L and XL clients).
- Negotiate prices, terms, and close complex deals.
- Actively promote industrial refrigeration and HVAC technical solutions.
- Record and report all commercial activity in the corporate CRM.
