What you'll get

Permanent contract and stable position (after two months with a temporary agency), for the profile that is challenged by the versatility and commitment we seek.
Salary according to collective agreement and a raise upon joining the permanent staff will be valued.
Intensive working day from 7:00-15:00/8:00-16:00.
Vacations according to collective agreement, especially in summer, by agreement with the Department Manager.

The role

At GRUPO CRIT, we are looking for a Production Technician, specialized in machinery and team management, for an important company in the food sector, located in Javalí nuevo.

The main mission of the production technician is to ensure that the manufacturing plant operates efficiently;

What you'll do

Daily planning: creation of the detailed manufacturing schedule for the plant, sequencing work orders to minimize downtime and maximize yield.
Resource optimization: ensuring that necessary materials are available and that personnel and machinery are assigned efficiently.
Deadline compliance: guaranteeing the on-time delivery of final products to customers.
Downloading tachographs from the company's truck drivers
Obtaining relevant data for production
