We are selecting people with experience in outbound calling, telephone sales, cross-selling, and appointment setting. Let's work together!

Experience in telephone sales or as a sales representative.
Agile knowledge of IT tools.
Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan is preferable.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Contract through temporary agency. Per hour: 9.69 plus sales incentives.

• Number of agents: between 7 and 9 people.

• Selective training: 29/10/2026, from 10:30 to 13:30 h.

The role

From Crit Sabadell, we are selecting teleoperators for an important NGO located in Sant Cugat.

This campaign is directed exclusively at active members.

The activity consists of making outbound calls to people who already collaborate with the organization, with the objective of presenting them with different solidarity gift proposals.

It is important to highlight that this is not a cold calling campaign, but rather contacting members who already know and support the NGO.

The proposed gifts have a great social impact and can include free-range chickens to facilitate access to eggs, filters to purify water, book kits for schools in India, or bicycles so that girls in Bangladesh can travel to school more easily.

What you'll do

Outbound calls to active members.
Information and updating of collaboration fees.
Proposal to increase monthly contributions.
Record data in the system.
