Department Head at H10 Rubicón Horizons Collection

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a person to work as Restaurant Department Head at the H10 Rubicón Horizons Collection hotel in Lanzarote.

The tasks under their responsibility will be:

• Carrying out in a qualified manner the control and supervision functions of their area of responsibility and of the tasks performed in view of the customer.
• Preparing and decorating the restaurant rooms and tables.
• Assisting in welcoming, seeing off, seating, and advising customers on menus and beverages.
• Performing tasks in view of the customer (flambéing, cutting, carving, deboning, etc.).
• Checking everyday items.
• Storing and controlling goods and everyday items within the restaurant area.

• Training in the Hospitality/Restaurant field (vocational training or similar).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in à la carte restaurants.
• Languages: English and German.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar una persona para trabajar como Jefe/a de Sector de Restaurante en el hotel H10 Rubicón Horizons Collection, en Lanzarote.

Las tareas que estarán bajo su responsabilidad serán:

• Realizar de manera cualificada las funciones de control y supervisión de su sector de responsabilidad y de las tareas realizadas a la vista del cliente.
• Ocuparse de preparar y decorar las salas y mesas del restaurante.
• Colaborar en recibir, despedir, ubicar y aconsejar a los clientes sobre los menús y las bebidas.
• Realizar trabajos a la vista del cliente (flambear, cortar, trinchar, desespinar, etc).
• Revisar los objetos de uso corriente.
• Almacenar y controlar las mercancías y objetos de uso corriente en el ámbito del restaurante.

• Formación en el área de Restauración (Formación profesional o similar).
• Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en restaurantes a la carta.
• Idiomas: Inglés, y Alemán.
