✔ University degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar.

✔ 1 to 2 years of experience in HR generalist positions.

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

✔ Excellent communication skills and orientation toward the internal customer.

✔ Experience in the hospitality, tourism, or service sector is valued.

✅ Administrative personnel management in collaboration with payroll and labor departments.

✅ Support in training, development, and performance evaluation plans.

✅ Liaison with labor managers, official bodies, and internal teams.

✅ Support to hotel HR departments regarding personnel administration matters.

✅ Maintenance and updating of databases, files, and HR systems.

✅ Advising managers and employees on people management matters.
