Requirements

What we're looking for

Languages: native Catalan and Spanish.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in community incident management or insurance claims.

What you'll get

Permanent contract.
Schedule: full-time, Monday to Thursday from 8:30h to 14h and from 15h to 18h; Fridays from 9h to 15h.

The role

At Finques Serra, part of the Housfy group, we continue to grow and we want to incorporate a community administration professional for our offices in Vilanova i la Geltrú.

As a PH Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative management of owners' communities, ensuring compliance with all legal and statutory regulations.

What you'll do

Customer service: telephone and in-person customer service.
Incident management: opening, monitoring, and closing of technical incidents for the department (urgent works, urgent repairs, requesting quotes, etc.).
Key and remote management: reception and custody of remotes and keys for the communities.
Minute books: maintaining all minute books up to date.
Sending circulars: according to demand and correspondence sending procedures.
Insurance: opening, monitoring, and closing of claims.
Support to the Administrator: compliance with AGM / EGM agreements regarding the request for quotes, repairs, and urgent actions due to incidents.
