Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in Administration, Business Administration (ADE), Marketing, or similar, through a Higher Level Vocational Training (CFGS) or university degree.
Approximately 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative functions, supplier coordination, or marketing.
Fluent level of English, both oral and written, with the ability to hold telephone conversations.
Experience in social media management and use of digital tools.
Valid B driver's license and own vehicle.
An organized, proactive, autonomous, and proactive profile, with ease in coordinating different tasks and dealing with suppliers.

Nice to have

Knowledge of landing page creation and online marketing campaigns is valued.
Experience in real estate management, property management, maintenance, or renovation coordination is highly valued.

We collaborate with a consolidated family business group, specialized in the swimming pool construction and installation sector, which also has a company dedicated to real estate asset management and is looking to hire a Property Management and Real Estate Coordination Administrator for its facilities in Mataró (Maresme).

If you have experience in administration, supplier coordination, and social media management, you are an organized, proactive person, and you are looking for a dynamic position with autonomy and varied responsibilities, this could be your opportunity!

You will be part of a family business group, being responsible for the coordination and management of its real estate assets, which include commercial premises, industrial warehouses, and homes.

You will combine these functions with administrative support to the different companies within the group and the management of its digital presence, maintaining regular contact with suppliers, contractors, and external collaborators.

What you'll do

Coordinate the management and maintenance of the properties belonging to the business group.
Organize and supervise renovation, repair, and maintenance works, coordinating suppliers and contractors.
Request quotes, plan interventions, and follow up on works.
Manage incidents in the properties and perform on-site visits when necessary.
Process documentation related to the properties, including certificates of occupancy and administrative procedures.
Provide support in general administration, invoicing, document management, suppliers, and telephone assistance tasks.
Manage and update the business group's social media.
Participate in the creation of landing pages and digital advertising campaigns.
