What are we looking for? 🔎

We are looking for an HR Generalist Trainee with a key focus on hiring to join the hiring team in one of our most important Business Units. We need a proactive, energetic person with a strong desire to specialize and grow professionally in an area of high impact for the company.

Responsibilities 🎯

As an HR Generalist Trainee, you will be a key piece in securing the talent that will lead the new real estate era. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and searching for candidates through different channels.
• Screening and initial evaluation of profiles.
• Strategic posting of job openings and management of the (ATS).
• Conducting phone interviews + meet or in-person interviews.
• Coordinating schedules between candidates and Team Leads / Area Managers.
• Administrative management of onboarding (contracts, system registrations, onboarding, etc.).

Necessitem una persona proactiva, amb energia, amb moltes ganes d’especialitzar-se i créixer professionalment en una àrea d’alt impacte per a l'empresa.

Responsabilitats 🎯

Com a HR Generalist Trainee, seràs una peça clau per assegurar el talent que liderarà la nova era immobiliària. Les teves responsabilitats inclouran:

• Sourcing i cerca de candidats a través de diferents canals.
• Filtratge i avaluació inicial de perfils.
• Publicació estratègica d’ofertes i gestió de (ATS).
• Realització d’entrevistes telefòniques + meet o presencials.
• Coordinació d’agendes entre candidats i Team Leads / Area Managers.
• Gestió administrativa de les incorporacions (contractes, altes al sistema, onboarding, etc.).
