What you'll do

Responsibilities 🎯

As an HR Generalist Trainee, you will be a key piece in securing the talent that will lead the new real estate era. Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing and searching for candidates through different channels.
Screening and initial evaluation of profiles.
Strategic posting of job openings and management of the (ATS).
Conducting phone interviews + meet or in-person interviews.
Coordinating schedules between candidates and Team Leads / Area Managers.
Administrative management of onboarding (contracts, system registrations, onboarding, etc.).
