The role

At Housfy we are looking for Property Viewers to offer an excellent experience to our clients during the home buying and rental process.
What you'll do
As a collaborator, you will be a key point of contact during property viewings. Your main duties will be:
- Assistance and advice during viewings: You will accompany potential buyers and tenants, showing the properties, highlighting their main advantages and offering close, professional, high-quality service.
- Inventory management: For rentals, you will carry out a detailed inventory of the property's condition, recording all the information on our platform to ensure legal security for both parties.
- Feedback collection: You will gather visitors' impressions, comments and questions to support the sales team's work and help close deals.
