About the role

Your role:

Maximize the airline's revenue and occupancy through the strategy, negotiation, and marketing of Groups and TO fares.

You will be directly responsible for attracting and retaining key accounts (tour operators, wholesalers, and agencies with a groups department), ensuring efficient operations aligned with the company's revenue objectives.

What you'll do

1. Commercial Strategy and Sales Management (B2B)

  • Design the commercial policy for groups and tour operation in coordination with the Sales Management team.
  • Identify opportunities in both segments.
  • Oversee the group sales cycle, from initial quotation to contract closing.
  • Relationship with tour operator directors and agencies specializing in groups, as well as Iberia's Revenue Management.

2. Coordination and Revenue Optimization

  • Analyze the feasibility of special fares for groups and tour operators.
  • Monitor release deadlines for blocked inventory to optimize availability (in groups and allotments).
  • Design and adjust the Conditions policy together with Revenue.

3. Operational Supervision and Quality

  • Lead the group reservations agent team, ensuring service level compliance.
  • Act as the escalation point for major or operational incidents.
  • Report to the Commercial Management on generated revenue.
  • Approve fare or condition exceptions in critical cases.

Your knowledge:

  • Advanced proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, and in internal airfare management platforms.
