The role

What you'll do

You will manage labor documentation as if it were the Holy Grail (yes, those contracts and addenda don't fill themselves out).
You will be the technical support in processes as varied as training, hiring, or dismissals. Basically, you are going to know the Workers' Statute better than your favorite series.
You will communicate with workers and manage labor notifications with that gift you have for explaining the inexplicable without anyone panicking.
You will provide support in everything that sounds like “labor relations.” Yes, sometimes we won't be able to explain exactly what we want, but you will catch on instantly.
You will interact with the RLPT: communications, sending documents, and that beautiful thing called "negotiation processes." If that sounds like an epic battle… you are not far off.
