At Bionanopharma, we are looking to hire an R&D Operator to participate in the execution of pharmaceutical trials in bio-lots and batches, as well as in the recording, control, and reporting of results and inventories, ensuring the correct traceability of activities.

The selected person will also collaborate in the cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and materials, as well as in the training of new hires, following the guidelines defined by the scientific team and complying with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP regulations.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop yourself in a pharmaceutical R&D environment, contributing to the development of innovative solutions and ensuring the proper condition of equipment and materials within the laboratory and pilot plant.

We are looking for a rigorous, proactive person with attention to detail, who wants to develop themselves in the field of pharmaceutical research and development, working in a coordinated manner with technical and scientific teams in a dynamic and innovative environment.

• Execute pharmaceutical trials in bio-lots and batches following the guidelines of the scientific team.
• Record, control, and report results, ensuring the traceability of all activities performed.
• Collaborate in the application of new technologies and development methodologies specific to the Bionanopharma environment.
• Contribute to the optimization of processes, formulations, and trials associated with innovative products.
• Prepare result reports and provide technical support in the interpretation of data derived from pharmaceutical and characterization trials.
• Collaborate on development and scale-up projects.
• Perform cleaning, conditioning, and basic maintenance of equipment, utensils, and laboratory and pilot plant materials.
• Guarantee the correct state of use, availability, and suitability of equipment and materials for development activities.
• Control the inventory of materials, raw materials, and consumables.
• Proactively report replenishment needs to ensure work continuity and the maintenance of required stock.
• Train and accompany new hires in the use of equipment, techniques, and implemented procedures.
• Promote operational standardization, process efficiency, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with technical and scientific personnel in the preparation, review, and updating of manufacturing guides, procedures, and operating instructions.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards applicable to the pharmaceutical environment.
