Experience: at least 4-5 years of experience in a sterile injectable product factory is valued.

We are hiring an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician (Steriles) to join the team at our plant in Azuqueca de Henares.

The challenge!

• Perform planned preventive maintenance tasks.
• Perform corrective maintenance tasks.
• Ensure that Production equipment and facilities function and are maintained in accordance with the relevant documentation, in order to achieve the expected quality.
• Complete preventive maintenance orders and corrective logs or work orders in accordance with current procedures.
• Ensure the maintenance and cleaning of the premises and equipment under your responsibility in accordance with the various procedures.
• Communicate any anomaly arising in the plant to your immediate supervisor.
• Perform daily data collection of the preset parameters in the various critical systems of the plant in accordance with procedures.
• Control the spare parts inventory and notify possible material shortages in anticipation of stockouts.
• Supervise work carried out by external contractors
• Collaborate in the preparation and improvement of equipment preventive maintenance plans, spare parts lists, and replacement frequencies, or other initiatives

• Vocational training in mechanics, electricity, or electronics.
• Experience: at least 4-5 years of experience in an injectables plant
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of organization and attention to detail
