What we're looking for
A responsible, resourceful person with a great capacity for teamwork and maximum attention to detail, with motivation and a desire to learn, who has a positive attitude and good communication skills and who:
- Currently pursuing a University Degree or a Post-Graduate degree in Labor Relations, Law, Labor Advisory, or similar.
- Is able to sign an internship agreement.
- Has a driver's license and their own vehicle to commute to our offices in Cheste, 25 minutes from Valencia.
- Is willing to ensure a high level of service for both internal and external clients, as well as confidentiality and ethical commitment.
- Has knowledge of Microsoft Office.

The role

What you'll do
- Active participation in all tasks or activities related to the SALARY Department in an international context.
- Comprehensive management of the hiring and termination of collaborators.
- Monitoring of employee absenteeism.
- Complete supervision of the payroll process.
- Internal and external advisory on aspects related to Labor Law and Social Security.
- Monitoring of Collective Agreements and analysis of regulatory changes.
- Management of internal and external training courses for the Company (FUNDAE).
- Support in all types of administrative tasks.
- You will handle SAP and other state-of-the-art computer applications.
