We are selecting an HR Manager with a strong technical-labor orientation, who will act as a reference in labor relations and the regulatory framework for our logistics platform in Vilamalla.

The role has a marked operational and technical character, with a direct impact on labor decision-making, conflict management, communication with the Works Council, and legal support.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Comprehensive management of the platform's labor relations: interpretation and application of collective agreements, disciplinary management, support in labor conflicts, and coordination with legal counsel.
Direct and continuous communication with the Works Council and union representation, negotiation, and monitoring of agreements.
Technical-labor advisory to management and supervisors in operational decision-making.
Review and monitoring of the annual budget and KPIs.
Guaranteeing labor regulatory compliance and the correct application of internal policies.
Coordination of processes (selection, training, etc.) from a technical and business support perspective.
