What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, or technological transformation positions, participating in the definition of operating models and in initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence.

• Experience leading technological teams or initiatives with the ability to influence and support other professionals.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence architectures and LLM-based ecosystems.
• Experience in software development governance, methodologies, and the definition of best practices.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and its Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Ability to connect technical vision with business objectives and the organizational impact of technological decisions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments and promote new ways of working.

The role

What you'll do

• Lead technological transformation initiatives, driving the adoption of new practices and working models within development teams.
• Define and promote standards, methodologies, and processes that improve the quality, efficiency, and scalability of software development.
• Design and drive architectures and solutions based on Artificial Intelligence within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Participate in the definition of AI governance models, establishing best practices, controls, and responsible use criteria.
• Act as a technical reference, supporting teams in the adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and tools.
• Facilitate the integration of AI solutions with different data sources and corporate platforms.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align technological initiatives with business needs.
• Promote technological evangelization and the adoption of best practices in AI-assisted development.

How you'll work

✅ Hybrid model in Madrid (Barajas)

✅ Working hours: 8:30 to 18:00 (Monday to Thursday) and 8:00 to 15:00 on Fridays, with an intensive summer schedule from July to August from 8:00 to 15:00.
