👉 Internship Features:

Format: On-site
Location: Majadahonda
Duration: Minimum duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extending the period for 6 more months.
Study Grant: €700 gross per month
Schedule: From Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Start Date: September

🔎 What profile are we looking for?

Academic background: final-year students of Business Administration, Law, Business Analytics or similar (we value that you are pursuing a master's degree in Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits, or a specialization in Data Analytics).
Languages: English at a B2 level.
Proficiency in applications and specific programs: Advanced level in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. We positively value knowledge of Power BI.
Required skills/competencies: Commitment, communication, orientation to order and quality, teamwork, initiative, perseverance, results orientation, and willingness to learn. Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

💻 What will you do in this internship?

You will participate in the analysis of data related to the Organization and Compensation area, supporting internal and external reporting.
You will collaborate in the organizational structure process at Mapfre and participate in the workforce analysis process, with a special focus on professional development, using metrics, historical data, and analysis models.
You will support workforce optimization projects and the management of the company's structures.
You will provide support in the use of global personnel management tools, according to the needs that arise.
You will collaborate in the design, implementation, and monitoring of the global compensation policy and will monitor trends and regulatory changes in compensation matters.
