Requirements
What we're looking for
Previous experience in luxury hotels in a similar position.
High level of Spanish and English (minimum B2). A third language will be valued.
Attention to detail and respect for the product.
Communication skills, people skills, and proactivity.
A taste for details and for exceeding customer expectations.
Nice to have
Basic training in Hospitality or equivalent is desirable.
Knowledge of the product and Leading Hotels quality standards is desirable.
The role
Located in the heart of Sierra Nevada and at the foot of the slopes, El Lodge Ski & Spa and Maribel Ski & Après Ski, both members of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, represent two unique concepts of mountain hospitality. What you'll do
Give a warm welcome to customers, anticipate their basic needs, and assist with service during the meal.
Maintain the order and cleanliness of the work areas throughout the shift.
Support the preparation, setup, and cleaning of tables, ensuring an orderly and appropriate environment for each shift.
Collaborate with the waiter in taking and delivering orders, as well as in the service of food and beverages, following established protocols.
Support tasks involving setup, breakdown, and service closing.
Follow food safety and HACCP protocols.
Ensure the correct handling and preservation of food.
Perform other related tasks in the dining area as requested to ensure the correct functioning of the service.
How you'll work
Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
