The role

You will manage administrative documentation and the monitoring of construction projects for clients in the retail, catering, and fitness sectors at a consolidated and growing company, specializing in key projects nationwide in Carlet, Valencia.

What you'll do

Manage and control all administrative documentation associated with works in progress.
Coordinate the documentation required by subcontracted companies and suppliers.
Administer documentary platforms and Business Activity Coordination (CAE) processes.
Perform administrative monitoring of several projects simultaneously.
Review and process invoices from suppliers and subcontractors.
Provide administrative support to the site team and share monitoring information with clients.
