From Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry for its facilities in Tarragona.

• Ensuring compliance with regulations on Health, Safety, and Environment within the facilities.

• Developing, reviewing, and implementing HSE procedures, policies, and plans adapted to the pharmaceutical environment.

• Conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, internal audits, and monitoring action plans.

• Supervising proper waste management and ensuring compliance with environmental requirements.

• Managing HSE documentation, ensuring its traceability and continuous updating.

• Collaborating with the Operations, Quality, and Engineering departments in the safe implementation of processes and equipment.

• Managing technical purchasing, including:

• Selection, negotiation, and evaluation of suppliers for maintenance materials and industrial equipment.
• Requesting and analyzing quotes, comparisons, and optimization proposals.
• Ensuring the correct procurement of materials aligned with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring orders, delivery times, and critical supply.

• Previous experience in Health, Safety, and Environment Departments in industrial environments, preferably pharmaceutical.

• Experience in purchasing maintenance materials and industrial equipment.

• Solid knowledge of industrial safety, environmental, and waste management regulations.

• Ability to negotiate with suppliers, manage quotes, and prepare technical comparisons.

• Proficiency in office tools and management systems.

• Personal skills: analytical ability, rigor, organization, negotiation, communication, and teamwork.
