The role

At Marlex Professionals, we collaborate with a leading company in the veterinary and livestock sector, specializing in porcine genetics and the distribution of solutions for livestock farms. To expand their team, we are selecting a Customer Service Telephone Advisor to join the customer service and commercial management department.

We are looking for a person with good communication skills, customer orientation, and a desire to learn, who wants to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to offering a quality service.

What you'll do

Attend to and advise customers via telephone, identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Carry out prospecting campaigns, new customer acquisition, and loyalty programs for the existing portfolio.
Prepare and send information regarding consumption, quotes, and other commercial documentation.
Manage inquiries and requests received through chat.
Carry out administrative tasks for commercial support and back office.
Follow up on completed actions to ensure agile and efficient service.
