What we're looking for

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, decisive, and organized person, with a customer orientation, commercial ability, and ease in managing different tasks autonomously.

University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Previous experience of at least 3 years in similar positions: Office Manager, coworking management, facility management, or space management.
High level of English.
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Dynamic, energetic, decisive, and organized profile.
Customer orientation and commercial ability.
Analytical and management capacity.
Autonomy and ability to work in dynamic environments.
Availability to travel between the two work centers: San Fernando de Henares and Paseo de la Castellana (Madrid).

What you'll get

What do we offer?

Temporary contract for long-term replacement (maternity leave).
Salary: €22,000-26,000 gross/year, depending on experience.
Flexible schedule:
Monday to Thursday: start time between 08:00 and 09:30.
Friday: continuous working day from 08:00 to 14:00 or from 09:00 to 15:00.
Continuous summer working day from July 15 to August 31, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:00.
Joining an international company.
Dynamic position with responsibility over the management and operations of the spaces.
Location in Madrid and San Fernando de Henares.

The role

At Grupo Crit, we are looking for a Coworking Space Manager / Office Manager to join a major real estate company in Madrid, to cover a long-term maternity leave replacement.

What you'll do

What will your duties be?

Daily management and operations of the coworking spaces.
Economic and budgetary control and expense tracking.
Preparation and monitoring of KPIs and activity reports.
Monitoring of results and proposal of improvements.
Commercial management of the spaces: customer service, qualification, and follow-up of clients and potential users.
Follow-up of commercial requests and opportunities.
Coordination and supervision of maintenance, cleaning, and service providers.
Management and coordination of work teams.
Onboarding and training of new employees.
Coordination with other departments to detect new business opportunities.
Resolution of incidents and day-to-day operational needs.
