Job Mission:
The Cook will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, following the hotel's luxury standards. They will collaborate with the kitchen team in creating exceptional culinary experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with food safety and sustainability protocols.

What you'll do

- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring impeccable quality, presentation, and flavor.
- Collaborate in the planning and execution of menus, participating in the incorporation of new culinary trends.
- Manage the daily mise en place, ensuring all ingredients and materials are ready for service. - Supervise and guarantee the correct handling, preservation, and storage of food. - Maintain the highest levels of hygiene and food safety, complying with established protocols.
