What we're looking for

Student or recent graduate in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Interest in F&B and the luxury hotel sector.
Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint (Canva is a plus).

The role

Mission
Support the Food & Beverage Luxury Brands team in implementing and monitoring the F&B strategy in luxury hotels and outsourced restaurants, contributing to portfolio performance analysis and the continuous improvement of guest experience and profitability.

What you'll do

Provide support in implementing the F&B strategy across the portfolio.
Collaborate on feasibility studies, tenders, and the development of new concepts.
Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.
Support the monitoring of contracts with external operators.
Collaborate on the analysis of operational and financial KPIs.
Participate in the improvement of standards and processes.
Support the collection and analysis of financial data.
Collaborate on monitoring budgets, results, and variances.
Participate in preparing reports, dashboards, and business reviews.
Analyze the performance of the P&L for F&B.
Provide support for investment projects and concept development.
Collaborate on the planning and execution of pre-openings.
Support the validation of menus, standards, and operational materials.
Support the updating of content and campaigns.
Collaborate on analyzing the impact of commercial initiatives.
